All of the A4 products will show the same IP conflict info on the LCD screen. I would never have attributed the problem to this as I thought the A3 devices would act the same..Would you mind confirming that the "IP address conflict" message did not pop up on the C3350?

I don't think C3350 will report an IP conflict. Lately we have a lot of sudden claims against our machines being OOS, mostly we found after customer changed something being on machine itself, computer or their network infrastructure needless to say they always forgot to mention that and blame the machine and service.

I just ran across an issue where email stopped (gmail) and it was due to the customer wanting remote panel turned on, the SSL cert was using SSL 3.0 (along with TLS 1.2) unchecked SSL 3.0 and gmail accepted all again.
