    Bizhub 4750i code- C - 9701

    57K print - scans 3K

    Manual says cable break between CIs and base board.

    Code comes on at power up. Everything looks OK visually with the ADF/hinges, etc. Anyone run into this? Not seeing much on this model with that code.

      We currently have this error very often with the C3350i
      A trouble reset is usually sufficient here, sometimes we also exchange the CIS and the flat cable...
      But some of the machines come back with the error...

      I hope someone has an advice

              Trouble reset did not work. We are waiting on the flat cable. Thank you for the input.
