constantly need to re do stab adjustment

I have a C368 that has always required re adjusting stabilization at least once every few weeks.

Its always done this since new.

the IDC sensors are cleaned each time before i do the calibration and each time colours go back to normal but do you think replacing the IDC sensors is worth it?

Needing to re calibrate atleast monthly is excessive as I have similar clients doing same print on cards and they dont have this issue

Thought that machine stabilizes periodically on it's own? When coming out of energy / sleep mode, etc

Are you getting around 3V for both IDC sensors on state confirmation in service mode?

If all the supplies are good then worth putting the IDC sensors in. Not that hard to do. Do you have a parts machine you can grab sensors from? Might be same as "4" series but check part #'s

What about gradation adj, etc are you doing this after you stabilize?
