    Konica Minolta c227 abnormal

    Hello everyone, sorry for my english but i'm using the translator. I have a konica c227 from a customer, practically the printer after 5 minutes does not print and does not photocopy anymore because it goes away In "stop printing" . I forgot to see what kind of F/W the printer has. Has anyone ever had this problem?. I would like to try an update. Can you please send me the latest FW.
    D I did 2 types of procedures, I initialized from system 1 and nothing changed, I tried disabling and re-enabling the hdd and nothing changed. Thank you in advance.

      Hi ,

      Try to check drum life and other part counter .

      Clear all part counter and replace drum chip if need . This should be work .

          But should the wording of the empty drum appear? Anyway how do I clear all the counters. Thank you for answering me.

              System 2 set switch 230 to 00. That should show up consumables life. More than likely it's stopped due to life stop settings in service mode. PM me if you don't know where and what to look for.

                  Make sure life stop is off in "enhanced security" mode.
