Hi to all,

i hve photocopy mashine bizhub420, and i need to know how to change the administrator password , i tried /12345678/ but it dosen't work.

Enter the service mode, then enter the Enhanced Security mode (Stop, 0, C). From here you can change the Admin password.

I hate when customers do that. They change the password, but only one person knows it. Then that person goes on vacation, and you're stuck for the next 2 weeks.
