Issues with web browser based pdf documents

Some of the equipment diagrams a customer wants to print from web browser based pdf documents are not being completely printed. Some of the diagram images print fine and other items are washed out or absent. Same symptom with chrome and microsoft edge. The Canon copier they had before supposedly did not have an issue with printing those web browser based pdf's. Downloading the doc's first to the computer does not fix the issue either.

Perhaps the solution for that issue will be changing from the standard Konica pcl print driver to the PS driver. Thoughts appreciated.

Re: Issues with web browser based pdf documents

ive had this many times, printing from a browser is a nightmare. only solution i have is saving the doc as a PDF and print from adobe or foxit reader (best)
it sucks but printing from a browser is so hit or miss. maybe try print as image in the driver? i think ive tried that but YMMV.
    good luck.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

Download one of these docs, right click and select open with. Many of these web docs will try to open with something other than the correct app, like PDF or word ect..If these are mainly PDF, choose open with DC reader and make it the default program. You can Google associating file formats. Print as image mentioned is also a resolution, along with choosing web docs in the KM driver quality tab. You can turn off toner save mode as well. The I series seems to have removed the Web Documents as a selection under quality settings. E
