BizHub C308 Movie Data File

Hello all!

I used to have an account (shaungroat) waaaay back... seems to have been deleted?? Anyway, I took over a service contract from another provider (who really didn't like to work) and require a the movie file for a c308. Can anyone assist? Yes I am a trained Konica Service Technician (worked out of the Saskatoon, SK office).

Do you need the movie file or the file mentioned above?

I would also be able to provide for him. The problem is a trained konica technician doesn't know what he wants. This sounds very strange
