[Misc] Konica c368 side door open.

Hi Everyone, i have this issue on Konica C368. Side door open when its shut.Door actuator is good,micro switch is also good.
Front door and lower door sensors are good.Are there any saftey switches that are on this model?Its like in a paper jam mode.
Any help would be apprectiated

Check what animation guide on panel tells you to do, check all pages.

There is an open component.Ensure that is properly closed.Points to right side door open.

Check the plastic cover that fits over the front right side lift handle. On this plastic piece there are two tabs that the main door latch connects to. I've seen where the lower tab gets broken off and it will either cause a jam or it could also make it appear that the door is shut but not shut all the way. Just something else to check.

Weird I just had a C368 this morning that had same message but pointed to front door. Finally had to turn machine off and on to clear it. Seem to be ok after that. Open and closed all the doors several times and was ok. My next step would have been initialize machine in service mode.

Please report back on what the solution was.

I had one asking for toner upon my arrival for doing PM. I asked them for new bottle of toner and put it into machine closing front door but message to replace toner stayed abnormal long. Then I discovered right side door was closed by customer but not completely and on machine screen there was second page with animation guide to close damn right door hiding behind first one which still was asking for toner... not necessarily your case but maybe something to consider.
