IIRC bit switch 18 0-8 should all be zeros 18-1 probably has a 1. (disable tray)?
or just do a trouble reset.

Thank you Synthohol.

But switch 18 are all zeros.
(Being desperate tried also switching to 1, rebooting, switching to 0 again and rebooting ... all giving the same error when inserting the tray.)

And now to be honest I am clueless how to do a "trouble reset" and I don't find any intel about it for C6000 :-|

boot holding panel reset if i remember, its been a while.

also, thats the upper limit sensor code.
either the actuator is out of place or the sensor is blocked with dust or paper fragment.
it thinks the drawer is overfull and does not want to lift.

could even be paper fragments in the connector.

funny:

• still clueless about trouble reset. Boot holding reset does nothing...

• changed PS 37. Same error....

• ....

• Had a deep view into the machine and recognized at the inner backside this plastic drive thingy for the up-down-wire is missing. Reassembled it and here we go - all good.
