Hi Guys,


We have an issue with the magenta dev unit dropping dev onto the magenta drum charge unit causing pink strips on prints.


Has anyone had this issue before,

Its got the latest firmware on it, we have replaced the drum and dev as a set too but still getting the issue,


All the consumable lives are over 50% and total count on copier is 300k

Did you use new OEM drum and dev unit?
If you did, I would replace the high voltage board.

yes both OEM, will try hv board and update with you

Clean toner duct and replace filters.
