Hi all, I am having trouble with a C350 - it refuses to recognise the original I put on the glass! I have initialised the machine and cleared the memory but it still wont pick up the original size on the glass. Im tearing my hair out, help!

It's been some time since I last serviced one of those, but if I'm not mistaken there's an adjustment in service mode that you do with the platen cover/adf open.
Search for something like "Original detect adjustment" or the like.' "But the salesman said . . ." The salesman's an asshole!'
