I tried attaching another bizhub 287 mainboard with nvram, then returned the main 367 to that machine, now the machine shows the ready screen, but the motors do not work, please give me a solution, thank you!

Why did you change the nvram with the MFPB? Only MFPB could be changed, according to the manual -

the machine and type are different between the 2 models and that gets programmed into board(s)
but yeah, that was not a brilliant idea.We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
