    Bizhub C3350i

    Hello,


    I have an issue with a Bizhub C3350i. The problem is that when scanning to email, out of 5 scans, I'm only receiving 2 or 3, not all 5.


    The fixes I've tried are:


    Changing the IP address.
    Changing the port in PP/Switch.
    Inserting the user/password account for the user ID.
    Trying another cable.
    Modifying the timeout from 60 seconds to 120 seconds.


    Is there anything else I can do to resolve this issue?

    have you made sure there is no IP conflict with your current IP address, had this before with our machine having the same IP as someones PC which would send 1 then error the rest.

      You could check the default subject and text are not blank. Also try a different send from address/admin address.

          In case it happens only with larger scan jobs there might be an issue with the resulting attachement size. Even in 2020 some providers allow very little attachement sizes up to ~20mb, especially the free ones.

            There have been cases where security printing is enabled and the network speed is 100, the scans did not go through.
            Speed changed 1gb.

              Try changing your speed and duplex setting. Slow it down to 10 half

                There are 2 things you aren't telling us, firstly, are there any error codes, 2nd, you say that you aren't receiving every scan, if you aren't getting an error code, does it say "Job Complete" - in which the problem isn't with your device, it's a network/email issue
