I have an issue with a Bizhub C3350i. The problem is that when scanning to email, out of 5 scans, I'm only receiving 2 or 3, not all 5.
The fixes I've tried are:
Changing the IP address.
Changing the port in PP/Switch.
Inserting the user/password account for the user ID.
Trying another cable.
Modifying the timeout from 60 seconds to 120 seconds.
Is there anything else I can do to resolve this issue?
