    Konica 2060L error

    hallo
    on my 2060L i have this error C2814...i tray too clean the sensor from inside left side wen is open ... i cleean all but after this wen the machine made autoajustment..wen made this..apeare this problem with blakc window call service C 2814

    please help my to finde the problem

      Try to print test pattern from service mode and check black coverage .
      What is drum and developer life and machine total counter?

          I've seen this error when the black developer was detoned, and when the patch shutter was not opening completely. =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              ok,thanks..i must ceck contor..becouse i change this but forghet too reset contor

                  i is that problem..developer unit loks ok for my ye i tray to reset contor..firsth

                      Problem resove is..too change the cilinder,i put new on,naw all work ok..cilinder black cause this problem..
