[CQ] C6501 spots on every prints

hi.
i'm looking for what happened on my machine when i replaced transfer belt now i have spots all over print pages.
it barely visible like attachment sample
specialy at close side of paper and glossy medias .
i've tested all drums an developing units and other transfer belts and any medias but can not find problem.
