    bizhub c3350 touchscreen

Hi everyone, I have a problem with a bizhub c3350, the touch display does not respond to typing on the left side. Does anyone know a procedure for calibrating the touch display?

If you would use this forum search option this is one solution that came up:

    Re: KMBH 3350 Screen calibrate
could be hdd issue. also redo network(reset) this might help too
    1. Turn machine OFF then turn it back ON while holding the Sub-Power button down until you see CE Password screen display.
    2. Press the following keys with the CE password input screen being displayed in the following order:
    Stop > Register Key 1 > Stop >Register Key 1 > Register Key 1 > Stop > Start

    3. When the Calibration Screen appears wait for 30 seconds then turn main power switch OFF

    2. If the calibration screen does not appear, install the latest FW from page scope as it is described in the next stepTo update firmware from Page Scope: On BH [4050/4750 or C3350/C3850/C3850FS]
    1. Type MFP IP address on the web browser search bar.

    4. Click on Print tab. Print_Tab.png.
    5. On the bottom of the left pan pane click on Direct Print.
    6. Next to File click on Choose File and browse for the firmware xxxx.exe file then click open. Direct_Print_Choose_File.png..
    7. After the file name appears next to Choose File click Send. Send_File.png..
    8. On MFP display panel you should see the process of the firmware upgrade started
