I'm hoping someone can help me out, I'm looking for the movie data file for a 558e. I formatted the drive while prepping the machine for resale, and then found out this new shop I'm working for only has access to materials for low volume Konicas. Any assistance would be much appreciated!

The copier says "File NG" when trying to install. USB drive is formatted correctly, file is on the root of the otherwise empty drive. Firmware version is AA6R0Y0-F000-GCK-Y2. Any idea what the issue is?Comment
