G00-23 was one of the earliest if not first mass firmware so updating is good point to start but not limited. They had many early faults cured later with firmware updates..

there are a bunch of reasons it can take so long to warm up.
fuser/ toner/ IDC sensors, you name it.
please be specific as possible like with screen messages.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
      The medication helps though...

IT shows the konica minolta logo and a space bar of aroud 25% if that helps?

Under state confirm all toner levers are around 6% and IDC sensors are about equal

There were a lot of failed SSDs in early machines, that was one of symptoms.

I remember installing a lot of these machines when they were first released and thinking they took an age to boot up properly.

Update the firmware and I think you will see some improvement - although as stated there were a lot of SSD failures, usually in my experience you won't get passed the boot screen if the SSD has failed - although I guess it could be a sign that the SSD is on its way out..

Good starting point is updating the firmware.

I have updated the firmware, I found a usb in my tool kit with the Goo-J9 version so tried that and it warmed up a lot quicker so fingers crossed it will be ok,

Has anyone got the movie data for the c250i?

              Thanks for all who replied.

Any scanner codes in the service logs? Had one do this and the scanner stopped the machine to boot completely. Funny thing is when its in that state it should still do print jobs...

If so disable the scanner and DF for that matter under trouble isolation and it should boot quick and normal.
                Whatever

Early firmware sometimes gets stuck at 25% just long enough that you think it's broken, and then moves on to 50%.

You need to update it, but make sure you go to function ver 2.0 first.

Also, don't forget in addition to movie data, it will also want PDF/A font uploaded.
