I have a costumer that called saying that when they send an email from their copier to someone, the get an error of SSL Cert.Date Error. Never seen or heard this error before. They do not use gmail or 360, it is a local IT company using relay.xxxxxxx.com It has the latest Firmware on it. No certificate was installed and it started Monday. Cannot find anything from MyKM. Any help please.

Obvious first question here: Is the date and time (and time zone) correct on the copier?A Ricoh Service Tech for 7 year. A Konica Minolta Service Tech for 7 years. Now, KM service manager for 4 years.
My Ricoh knowledge is slowly dwindling away at this point. Many things have been lost to time...Comment

No Regards to Srvtec. I will Keep my opinions of him to my self.
I did not get a picture, no error code in the corner just the SSL statement. Time was off by 15 mins. Tried adding SSl Cert. no good.Comment
