Konica Minolta C658 Web Browser Option

hi guys,

got x2 C658's that just will not enable to the web browser option(for papercut), they both had license management errors but i have managed to intialise/repair the error,

when trying to enable to web browser option it says unable to install and is requesting a function code and license code. i have then generated both the codes and tried input them into the machine but it fails,

i have tried to enable them from admin settings, service mode and also the page scope web connection!

i have made sure the DNS settings, network settings are all correct,

both machines are on the latest firmware,

weirdly enough we have put x2 c450i's at the same site and both worked straight away, they are all on the same network.

safe to say when the c658s have not been able to enable to web browser i have not been successful in enabling them for some reason

any suggestions?

Latest FW for the MFP or Papercut? Did you try initializing the network settings and enter everything back in works for me most of the time.

Full initialization and let the machine pick up details via DHCP

and the latest firmware for the machines, paper cut hasn't been installed yet as want to make sure the Web browser works on the machines

had to email konica for the actual intialisation codes, input into the machine and now the web browsers are working!
