Konica Minolta C450i - no keyboard

hi guys,

got a new Konica Minolta C450i that when you go into the admin settings it doesn't bring up the on-screen keyboard?

potentially thought this was a software switch setting but checked with a working machine and matched them but still doesnt work?

machine only has 100 copies and made sure firmware is on the latest intialis3d machine ad well

Are you saying you enter Admin mode without password?

Does it have a card reader or other ancillary plugged into the usb ports?

has the LDD/kybd wedge driver been loaded?

1. We can enter the admin password to log in but when you try to adjust anything in admin mode the onscreen keyboard doesn't pop up, also happens in utility settings

2. There are no drivers as I have deleted them

3. Wasn't sure there was a driver for the keyboard?

its literally called the keyboard wedge driver and will help have any keyboard input done by keyboard and not so much on screen keyboard
