This machine is giving me a error light every time it spits out a piece of paper and states "wrong paper size" I have letter paper loaded and its programmed for letter paper. Any ideas would be appreciated.

hi try your take up unit ..there are sensors actuators that are messing around.. -
The paper sensor is set between two plastic plates which are held together by two push together luggs one on each end, try pushing these back together. You can get at them from underneath after removing scanner from top and all screws both side of metal sides which hold black plastic plates.Comment
