Re: C3350i High Frequency Noise
Sounds like dry drum axle, try to lube it a bit.A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who sows courtesy, reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.
Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.Comment

Re: C3350i High Frequency Noise
Lubricate every bushing and roller you can find (especially in the exit section).
I use an aerosol penetrating oil (not WD40 by the way), seems to cure noises quite wellComment

Re: C3350i High Frequency Noise
Yesterday I was there and first I printed the counter list. No noise. Then I printed the c-m-y-k gradiation pages (all 4 in one step you know). With cyan, yellow and magenta noise was there, with black not. Then I lubed all drum axes with oil
on front and rear end. Noise was still there. Then I tried with load check all motors and so on. No noise. Then no noise any more. My two colleagues who where there before me had the same issue. Noise was gone after some trying and testing.
Today customer phoned us. Noise is here again.Comment

Re: C3350i High Frequency Noise
I've found that on occasion sometimes debris can cause it if its under the silicone flap. I've had a few drums get massive gouges in them in the bigger MFDs, havent heard anything about the C3000i series thoComment
