C550i Touchscreen calibration preboot menu

Hello all,

How do I access the touchscreen calibration preboot menu. I know it exists because I've accidentally opened it trying to go into trouble reset. Does anyone have a concrete combination of the stop/reset buttons to press while the machine is booting up to access this menu? As I said, I've only ever run into it on accident trying to get into trouble reset. I've tried searching around in the HTML service manual and I can't find anything.

one way i know of is to hold the trouble reset button while a jump drive with firmware in in the port.

Yup, that did it. Now I know how to not accidentally go there again and how to get there on purpose. I know you can calibrate the touchscreen from a powered-on state by going to counter > Display keypad > stop > clear > 1166 > start, but having options is great. Especially if the screen's way outta wack and you have trouble hitting 1166 precisely.
