I have a issue with a C550i running PaperCut
Randomly every few weeks the copier gets stuck on the Please Wait screen and rebooting copier is all that recovers it.
From What I can tell its not the message that appears when logging in as that says Connecting to PaperCut. It appears when users log out and normally is only on the screen for 2 or 3 seconds then goes back to the regular screen its on when its waiting for a user to log in.
I updated the firmware to GC2-Q8.
Any other things I should consider checking?
They have 2 identically spec'ed copiers using Follow-me print and this is the only one with the problem so dont expect its a PaperCut server issue
