Konica C3320i PF-P20 not showing on machine

i have a C3320i installed with two PF-P20's stacked on top of eachother. The machine does not recognize the bottom PF-P20. i swapped the bottom one with the top one, same result. only the upper PF-P20 is showing on te machine. the wiring of the two cabinets is correct, the upper one is connected to the machine and the lower one is connected to the upper cabinet. i did update the firmware to Q6 971, that also did not help.

could someone help me out with this problem?

arent they supposed to be pf-p21 not 20?

and ive only seen one extra tray in any pics.

PF-P21 Paper tray 500 sheets, 8.5” x 11” or 8.5” x 14”, 60-90 gsm (max. 1)

I think i found the problem. When i use the configuration wizard from Konica Minolta for a C3320i, you can only choose 1 PF-P20. But when i select the C3350i, than you can choose for 2 PF-P20's. So i think that the C3320i only supports 1 and the C3350i can support 2 of them.
