[Error Code] C364 - Ineo 224+ - Firmware update?

Hello everyone !
We have a customer with a Konica Minolta C364 and Develop ineo 224+.
On theses printers we have the same issues.
We can't Scan-to-Mail to Office 365 (and google) and i think than a firmware update is needed because it is very old.
Do you know where can we get that?

You could try the version up firmware, this has resolved a few issues with the C224 series.

Yes, & yes the C364 & C224 use the same firmware.
