TU 510 will jam when anything smaller than 11x17 when trying to cut/trim. All sizes pass if not trimming. J-7739. We have tried various levels of F/W, both boards, cutter #1. 11X17 and larger work 100%. Any ideas?

Issue turned out to be a not fully inserted plug into one of the conveyance section sensors. The conveyance section had to be removed to gain access to the panels that allow access to the sensors. What was confusing us was the sensors worked in test mode. Nothing worse than factory and/or tech induced problems. -
