    Cyan splash cover page

    After replacing hv board on bizhub 253 the copy is cover with cyan background

      How was print quality before replacing HV board? Why did you have to replace HV board?

      I would check all connectors. Also think that model uses springs to contact HV board, make sure all springs are contacting board properly.

          The magenta toner lock the passage and it makes noise that was why I remove the HV board but before then it was printing fine but after reinstalling the HV board the machine started printing cyan background on page
