    [Error Code] Drum installation error K

    Bizhub 360 show drum installation error K and I have tried removing it and reinstalling it and also change main board, drum sensor, swap unit with working one, change memory in printer board, check the wire that connect the drum sensor but still showing k please I need help

                      Perhaps the chip is not suitable. The chip on the black unit works only on black. The chip on the color unit works on any color unit. The chip on the color doesn't work if you put it on the black unit.
