i'm a computer tech trying to fix a bizhub 227 with the error code c- 6756 ,i dont know what to check and i dont have a service Manual.

any suggestion please?

CCD error. Is the scanner lamp coming on at any time during the boot process?

Hello.Yes 'i checked the scanner lamp works when you wake up the machine.

Had this issue on an early version of this machine. Problem seems to be with the ribbon cable going to the CCD assembly. KM had made changes to the cable and cable holder to prevent issues like this. I can't bring up the bulletin about it at the moment, but that is likely the issue you have going on.
