Description C-C131 (CC131) error code after flashing firmware or replacing a board.

Solution CAUSE: Firmware mismatch. SOLUTION: Check the firmware version I1 and C should have a firmware version that starts with the first 4 digits of the serial number.

We add manually the ser num and C-C131 gone, we installed firmware and seems all installed correct, but still counter is 0 and in service mode showing Factory mode.

Sounds like your NVRAM may have taken a hit.

The NVRAM holds all the critical and sensitive information of the machine it comes with. Meters and such. If they fail, you need Konica support to change it.

Even then, it may never be the same again.

I've never replaced one personally. If an old clunker like a C7000 has an NVRAM problem, I will take that opportunity to sell the customer a newer machine.
