What do you mean you already tried? Did you test battery and see if 3V on MFP board in rear of machine? Many of the 4e series batteries are going bad. You lose serial number & counters

Hi ,

for sure your 3V battery is low voltage, serial you can add manually from service mode , System 1. You can serial number on the back side of the machine.
