How to discharge developer in C500?

I need to change Developer in a C500, I know hoy to charge it automatically, but not how to discharge it mannualy.

Remove the developer from the copier. Remove your handy dandy developer tool from the inside of the copier(toner hopper area). Turn the unit upside down, so the hole where toner drops in is down, insert your handydandy developer tool in the coupling on the rear of the unit and turn til all the developer is dumped out of the unit.

You MUST turn the mag roller in the correct direction or you WILL f**k up the seal/mylar in the dev unit and have to buy a new dev unit..
