    [Error Code] Konica Minolta c454e error code P-5 P-28 P-21

    Hello experts
    The problem started when the client had a dark printout, so I started with the Gradation Adjust-stabilizer process but the machine showed the value 0 `Zero` for all values.
    so according to the Service manual, I restarted the machine and printed the demo page and the result was good. I tried to continue the Gradation Adjust - stabilizer process but every time I got Stabilizer NG.
    I changed the transfer belt and cleaned the 2 IDC sensors and I still got Stabilizer NG (can not continue the process to click print or copy).
    now I have three error codes:
    P-5 IDC Sensor (Front)
    P-28 IDC Sensor (Rear)
    P-21 Color Regist Test Pattern
    The machine is working properly but I need to fix those errors to continue the Gradation Adjust process.
    Any suggestions ???

      what condition are the other consumables? Developers, drum units.

              did you try reset and stabilize? the machine will never be happy while failing stabilizer. what are the tcr numbers looking like?

                  is the shutter over the sensors opening? how did you clean them.
