Konica C360i incorrect toner

bizhub C360i giving intermittent incorrect toner message on K and Y. Firmware updated. After replugging a few times, the machine boots up. We are planning to try new toner cartridges. Has anyone run into this incorrect toner issue?

I had this once. Had to replace CPU board in the end.

test with the toner bottle detection sensor it has three pins and sometimes they bend

replace the 3 pin . some times it bend / not contact inside

Replacing with new toner bottle seems to have fixed the problem. Thanks!

If the chip on the bottle is not fully down this can cause a bad connections with the three prongs. Also on the yellow I have ran into the smart chip reader "3 prong" not getting fully seated onto the yellow toner chip. With some ingenuity you can get the smart chip reader to put more pressure on the chip only have seen both of these issues a couple times.
