C3320i paper empty detection

Hello,

One C3320i that will display " replenish paper " during copying/printing.
I tried copy one page, this message will showed a few second on feeding from tray, if I printed a large amount it will pause several times.
Checked paper empty sensor / actuator and cleaned it, still no luck.

Any idea about this case? thank you.

Have you checked the paper empty sensor in the sensor check? Does it read as it should?

On idle status, the paper present/empty detection is OK.
When copying/printing process is being taken, sometimes display this message during paper feeding through paper tray.
