[Error Code] Konica Minolta C360i Login Error when authentication and account track are turned OF

Hello just like in title, i've got Login Error after authentication with rfid on Konica Minolta C360i, account track are turned off, any suggestions what can I do to solve the problem?
We are using external server for authentication, rfid cards are asigned to correct users

You need to run the RF Ideas config utility and determine what the cards are outputting. If they are writing full PACS data and your active directory shows a decimal number in the ID attribute then it will always fail. In many cases with 3rd party software and external authentication the user logging in for the 1st time is presented the opportunity to associate their card with their login info, but i think if you are using an external server this is not an option.

We know what Cards are outputting - we have rfid card reader and we are putting it into pager attribute to ad user, it's not the case of cards output

Are you using KBW mode or CCID?

So with MFP User authentication or account track admin has the ability to register cards through PSWC or the LCD panel. But I believe that when you move to external authentication that option is removed. In 99.9 % of our customers, a 3rd party software handles the handoff of the card reader string to the AD server for verification. I think you need to use PSDA to import the card values to the machine once it's in external authentication, and I'm not sure PSDA can accept the RFID readers. I did pass along your post to my go to guy for a 2nd opinion. I did review the external server AD settings on my C360i, and setting as AD attribute is not an option (it is for LDAP auth).
