    8 Series PCR Rollers

I'm absolutely certain this has been discussed thoroughly here, but no results are returned when I search "PCR" and/or "368 PCR". With that said, can anybody break down the process they use for replacing PCR rollers in 8 series drum units? My supplier fully admitted to me that the PCR rollers they're shipping me are "hit or miss" and sent me a laundry list of install steps/tips. I've run through the process they suggested numerous times and I still get a light background/shading after installing new PCR rollers. I can't keep spending hours just trying to assemble one drum unit. Any advice or help at all from you guys would be greatly appreciated; I'm entirely unhappy with my supplier's response.

Why not find another source of aftermarket parts. Obviously they send you bad PCRs so it doesn't have logic to keep trying and trying...

That is my next step moving forward. The only reason I hadn't made the switch yet is that I was under the impression that this "hit or miss" BS was somewhat normal when it came to these PCRs. We've never had an issue with this supplier before but this is getting ridiculous. However, I have looked around and there doesn't seem to be a plethora of distributors for these PCRs outside of alibaba and eBay which I refuse to even waste my time ordering from.

Are you replacing the PCR rollers only?
        Whatever

Agree about trying a different supplier. I've been rebuilding the "8" series drum units for several years now without any real issues. I always replace the drum, cleaning blade, PCR, pcr cleaning roller & reset chip. The complete rebuild takes around 20 mins. Much easier than the "4" series where you had to change the sawtooth charger & grid which took another 15 mins and pain in the ass.

Can you let us know the supplier? If not comfortable with posting in public can you PM me with the supplier name so I dont order PCR's from them. Also I could provide USA supplier I use for all the items.
