If we setup a custom size print job (7 x 10 for example) and print to the bypass tray, the Bizhub's control panel correctly shows to load 7 x 10 in the bypass however after loading the 7 x 10 paper, the bypass shows 7 1/4 x 10 1/2. Tried the service mode Machine Bypass Width Adj below. Both minimum and maximum checked OK but it did not correct the issue.

1. Call the Service Mode to the screen.
2. Touch these keys in this order: [Machine] -> [Manual Bypass Tray Width Adj].
3. Touch [Max. Width].
4. Load the bypass tray with paper having a width of 297 mm.
5. Press the Start key and check that the results are [OK].
6. Touch [Min. Width.].
7. Load the bypass tray with paper having a width of 100 mm.
8. Press the Start key and check that the results are [OK].
* Make the adjustment again if the results are [NG].

8. Press the Start key and check that the results are [OK].
* Make the adjustment again if the results are [NG].
