You need to download pdf/a and movie from konica and install them in Service Mode - System 2 - Install Data

i don't find them. and i don't have tehnician account on km... i was trying to help a friend... solved the firmware problem (was not detecting paper in tray) ... but now i have those 2 errors, that are anoying. if you can give me a link or send attach them here... will be great. Thank you!

I have the same problem with bizhub 4052.. Can I use these two files to solve my problem? Or do I have to get two files specific to my printer model?

I have a same issue with a C3320i. USB Format to FAT32. Putting Movie Data (.tar) on root. Going to service menü. Inser the stick in. waiting 5 seconds, after it I go to System 2 - Site 2 - Install Data. After I choose movie data always it shows File NG. Anyone any ideas? Im desperate

Obviously you're putting wrong movie (I think they called them still image data on this model) on your USB thumb flash drive. What is the name of file?

My USB Stick is 8 GB. And im pretty sure its the right movie data. Movie Data name is: a93ean or is that the wrong one? I have realy no ideas more

Oh, you was right, it was the wrong file. I was so desperate, that I didnt checked if I have the right USB in my hands -.-. Thanks for helping.
