Error code C-2702 on Accurio Press C3070

Good day,

We have an issue of Error code C-2702 on the model stated above.
We have tried to replace the charging units but error still persists.
We have also tried to replace the HV1, but still the error still appears.

We can output a test pattern on the test mode - only black, but the other color will display the error code.

Any thoughts on this, how we can resolve the issue? Or someone might encounter this already?

Look in the back and make sure the spring terminals for the coronas aren't bent or distorted. Have you tried swapping the magenta drum with the cyan or yellow to see if the problem moves with it? Also look carefully for anything that may be shorting the corona grid to ground.

Dear Wjurls,

Thanks for the feedback. We have done re-seating of all the electrical components at the back portion of the machine,
and the error code was gone. We are not sure where the exact cause of the problem, but i think there is some short on
the charging terminals.

Hope the problem will not recur in the future
