    konica c7000 hdd error dd1e

    i got a konica c7000 intermittently showing hdd error dd1e, i think it may be time to swap out a new hdd.

    can anybody share the procedure, after installing a new hdd what is the procedure to re-install the firmware or reformat it via the press interface ?

          the reset of 18-7 got the machine up and running again.

          maybe it is going to fail soon. how many hdd drives are inside the machine.

          i dont think it is a rip issue, i use a fiery pro 80 external rip
