Bizhub c350 paper size problem

Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone can help me out, Im working on a Bizhub C350, and the TOP cassette is having problem recognising the correct paper size, when you put A4 in, it says A5 etc, I have tried another cassette and it works fine!! I have stripped the "faulty" one down and rebuilt, it looks exactly the same as the other one, the slots at the back are in the same position, Im a bit stumped.

I have the same thing happen on 2 of my 350's here is what I did. take out the paper and see if it recognized a different size of paper like 81/2 by 11 portrait then landscape. even though you said a4 and a5. see if it recognized those sizes and then put it back to the setting you were on and see it it resets it. barring of course there is a piece of paper stuck behind the cassette tripping a wrong size. for some reason my machines did the same thing. initialilzation or unplugging did not fix it. had to physically trick it I guess. see it that helps
