Never had anything like it before. Do you have the chance of trying out that fuser on another machine - or a fuser from a working machine on that one - in order to find out if the problem is with the fuser or with the machine itself?

I believe it's caused by a failure of the 3 identical gears in the fusing drive train. All three have a one-way bearing and one fails. Sounds wierd but I swear its one of those 3 gears. If you find they are the cause then order and replace all 3.

If it turns out I'm wrong let me know.

        Thanks

first of all try face up output before swapping , if the one way gears are the problems you will notice it directly.
