I was getting light fuzzy print at first, I reattached the transfer roller contact on the inside of the frame and all the colors look good now except the black. I am getting light bands running across the page only on the black. Tried transfer roller, belt, and new black drum. Seems like a charge issue, I can see the image light on the drum and belt.

Check that the drum gnd contact @ the top front of the drum is making a solid connection, seen some c250's show this symptom (band front to back anyway). Also try cleaning the laser slit glass with da magic wand!

I'll try that in the morning. The black that is printing is also extremly dark. It runs together on the gradation prints. Can't see individual boxes.Comment

If u move the black print-head to one of the other 3 positions, does the problem stay or move with it?
