what firmware are your machine set on...when u say freezing.. is that the hamburger screen or blue minolta screeen. -

If the machine says please wait on the ready screen, it is likely the density sensors that look at the drum just need cleaned. It is a common problem.
If it is stuck at the hour-glass or Konica Minolta screen then it needs firmware.Comment
