Bizhub C250 ADF not being recognised

I have a C250 bizhub which won't recognise it has an adf fitted. When you check the firmware it shows no adf firmware installed. I have flashed the machine firmware and tried a different adf with no luck.

Hi, was this bx wking b4? if it was wking with the orig adf and quit than you have a conn/bd issue. obviously there are sev ":test pts" you need 2 ck. more info and get out your meter!! when you changed tops was same adf? if so eliminated pt of trouble. suggest you wk bkward on this one.

maybe there is a fuse on the power board ... you know, just for the adf board ? like the fuse for the fuser unit, power unit... same thing

Thanks for the replies. feel a bit of a div fault was a cracked loom which had blown a fuse on the power board.
