    Bizhub 600 Scanning problem

    One of my customers was scanning today about 15-20 pages through. It would put in 2-3 and stop and give them an error. When I got here and checked to log it said it was deleted due to "paper dosen't match". I've never seen that before and can't find it anywhere in the manual. I cleaned all the sensors in the ADF but I can't duplicate the problem. Has anyone out there seen this problem before?

    Was it an actual scan job or a copy job? It doesn't make sense that a scan job would look at the paper drawers.

      1. Press the Utility key.
      2. Press the User Settings.
      3. Press #1 System Settings.
      4. Press #3 Paper Tray Settings.
      5. Press #3 ATS Switching ON/OFF and set to ALLOW. Press OK.
      6. Press #4 No Matching Paper in Tray Setting and select Switch Trays. Press OK.
      7. Press close 4 times to return to the default LCD screen.
