    c451 insufficient memory error

    got a c451 that gives a error message memory full went scan to e-mail or scan to smb

      What file type was the scan attached? There's a firmware fix iirc if its compact pdf.

          its is sometimes a compact pdf but scan to e-mail also fails one page

              I'd try a firmware update 1st and go from there (depending on what ver your currently @).

                  yes its a firmware issue only,i faced this kind of prob in bizhub 250 B/W copier.
